A small team of engineers who've been on-call.
DelveX exists because too much infrastructure work is either outsourced to generalists who've never carried a pager, or absorbed by product teams who don't have the bandwidth to do it right. We're the alternative: senior specialists who embed, ship, and hand off.
Our values
Production is the only environment that counts
We design for 3am during an incident, not for how the demo looks in front of your leadership team. If a tired on-call engineer can't operate it, we're not done.
Say the true thing, even when it's inconvenient
If your roadmap won't survive contact with reality, or your architecture needs a rewrite you don't want to hear about, we'll say so before you've spent the budget finding out the hard way.
Leave the team stronger than we found it
This isn't a courtesy we remember at the end of the contract. It's built into every week we're there, so you're not stuck calling us six months later for something your own team should own.
Security and reliability are default, not add-ons
We don't build the infrastructure first and figure out security later. It gets decided in the first architecture doc, alongside everything else.

Async doesn't
mean isolated.
We still argue about the rewrite in person — usually over coffee.

Structured, not bureaucratic
Senior engineers, embedded
Everyone we put on your engagement has actually run production systems at scale. Nobody's cutting their teeth designing on a whiteboard for the first time on your dime.
Fixed scope or embedded retainer
Some projects fit a fixed quote for a defined outcome. Others need ongoing capacity on a monthly retainer. We'll tell you honestly which one fits your situation.
Async-first, low-ceremony
We live in whatever tools you already use, Slack, Linear, GitHub, with one weekly sync and async updates the rest of the time. We're not adding meetings to your calendar for the sake of it.
Stop guessing.
Start shipping.
Thirty minutes with a senior engineer. No sales deck, no junior SDRs. Just a technical conversation about what's actually breaking or slowing you down.
