The specific engagement terms, deliverables, scope, and pricing for our cloud infrastructure and consulting services are governed by a separate, mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) between DelveX and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW shall prevail.
