Engineering.

We are deep AWS specialists. We don't just click through the console; we architect multi-account, highly available systems using AWS's most advanced networking and compute primitives.

Architecture

Multi-Account by Design, Not by Accident

A single AWS account holding every environment and every team's workloads is the most common structural mistake we see. A dev mistake can take down production IAM, cost attribution turns into archaeology, and there's no hard security boundary between teams. We design AWS Organizations from the account structure up, so environment and team isolation is enforced by account boundaries instead of tags and hope.

01

AWS Organizations with dedicated accounts per environment and team, connected via Transit Gateway, so a blast radius is contained by a hard account boundary, not a naming convention.

02

Service Control Policies (SCPs) enforced at the OU level, so even a misconfigured IAM policy in a single account can't escalate beyond guardrails set at the org level.

03

Multi-AZ and, where warranted, multi-region architecture with tested failover. Not 'the docs say it's HA,' but a documented and drilled RTO/RPO.

04

Cost allocation tags enforced by SCP and reconciled against Cost Explorer, so 'which team is driving this bill' is a dashboard, not a Slack thread.

What we build

Multi-Account Architecture

Designing AWS Organizations with strictly isolated accounts per environment/team, connected through Transit Gateway, with SCP guardrails enforced at the OU level.

Serverless & Event-Driven

Building massive event streaming pipelines using EventBridge, SQS, and Lambda, with dead-letter queues and replay strategies designed in from the start.

FinOps & Cost Architecture

Restructuring architectures to leverage Graviton, Spot, and Savings Plans, with cost allocation tagging enforced by policy, not convention.

Disaster Recovery Design

Designing and drilling multi-AZ or multi-region failover with a documented, tested RTO/RPO, not an architecture diagram that's never been exercised.

What we fix

Single-account architectures with excessive blast radiuses across environments and teams

Unmanageable IAM sprawl and overly permissive roles with no org-level guardrails

Database bottlenecks on massive RDS instances that should have been sharded or read-replicated

Lack of disaster recovery across multiple regions, with no tested RTO/RPO

Cost allocation that requires manual reconciliation instead of enforced tagging

No hard boundary between dev and production, so a non-prod mistake can reach customer-facing systems
